LET ME FORGET
At this point,
the only cure I see
is memory loss
to set me free.
No deep talks,
no healing arc,
just silence where
there once was spark.
Erase the names,
the days I cried,
the weight I’ve learned
too long to hide.
Because some pain
won’t fade or mend,
unless my mind
decides to end
the story I keep
on replay inside,
where I lost too much,
and still survive.
